- Undertake assessments and interventions with individuals, families, and groups in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that the needs and wishes of service users are central to decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Adhere to the Social Work England Code of Professional Practice and relevant legislation, ensuring ethical and legal standards are maintained.
- Demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, promoting anti-discriminatory practice.
- Handle confidential information appropriately and in accordance with data protection regulations.
